1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Generative IT Solution website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services

Generative IT Solution provides IT consulting, web development, app development, and digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements between the client and our team.

3. Intellectual Property

All work product created by Generative IT Solution remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Generative IT Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
